County Cup action saw three games end in 2-2 draw. Penalty shoot-outs went the way of two of the three LAL clubs involved.Burnley Belvedere were 5-4 at Whinney Hill, Chaddertonians 3-2 at Moston Brook Reserves. Radcliffe Town, however, were beaten 4-2 by Vickerstown. Winstanley St Aidans were big winners, 9-3 over Wythenshawe Amateurs Reserves, but O.Boltonians went down 4-0 to Turton Reserves and Bury GSOB 3-0 at Langho. In the Premier it was Ashtonians 2-1 with Roach Dynamos. In Division One it was Radcliffe Boys 3-2 at Burnley United, Wardle 8-4 at Chaddertonians Reserves, Accrington Amateurs 4-1 at Milltown and O.Mancunians Reserves were 7-1 with Crompton Academy. |
