The Inter League Cup, started in the 2022/23 season, is played between Premier Division and selected sides from the Lancashire Amateur League and the Lancashire & Cheshire AFL. 

The inaugural winners were the L&C's Moston Brook FC, beating Irlam Steel Rangers 2-1 in the final.

The 2023/24 final was played at New Sirs, home of Daisy Hill FC on Thursday 25th April 7.30pm ko.  The finalists were holders Moston Brook FC of the L&C and Winstanley St Aidans of the LAL. Moston Brook won the game and retained the cup.

The 2025 final was between Trafford Reserves of the L&C and Winstanley St Aidans of the LAL at Prestwich Heys FC with Winstanley St Aidans winning on penalties.

The two leagues' committee have agreed on 5 roll-on/off subs and the officials' fees will be as per the home teams rules.. The referees fee should be split between the 2 clubs except for the final.
