Oversight of Action Group plan, Reports into LMC & LEC. Progress against Action Group Plans.
Rob Dorrington & Martyn Roscoe
Finalise G&F assessment process (self & external assessment). Engage with clubs (Existing & new). Request that clubs Self Assess their facilities. Liaise with other members of LMC to agree assessment visits as necessary. Establish Database of Clubs Grounds & Facilities. Link with Marketing Group to improve Web site & raise PR.
